This is the same patent cited in Nintendo's legal action against Palworld.

Nintendo has two months to appeal the decision.

Does not automatically end the Palworld lawsuit, but weakens Nintendo's position on this mechanic.

@shanaka86 historically silver was a monetary metal before gold. gradually it also got an industrial use. that doesn't mean it's an industrial metal only.

silver is more practical for exchange than gold and more affordable for less wealthy people.

This looks like metals are on day 2 of a bloodbath phase. That's the final 5-7 days of panic selling. Traders become irrational, fear takes over and eventually the last seller panics and sells. That's the bottom. No more sellers left.

The opposite of what happened the end of January. We had panic buying. Eventually the last buyer bought and there was no one left to buy.

Make no mistake, the bull market isn't over. We've got a few more days and then the next leg up will begin.
