This week, we hosted a series of internal events on being ‘Kind to your mind’ in support of @mentalhealth's #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek. The events ranged from bouldering and TED talks, to workshops and socials. A particular highlight was a mixed yoga and meditation class!

We’ve refashioned this former car park and dimly lit basement into a vibrant new workspace for 120 people, fully optimised for user wellbeing with plants, warm furnishings, bold graphics, and circadian cognitive lighting – proven to help combat seasonal affective disorder.
