@ronmortgageguy And who is buying? Speculators and landlord investors again?

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@ronmortgageguy @ronmortgageguy Sir, how much do you think the fixed rates will go up? Would you advise quickly switching from variable to fixed to protect from possible future rate increases?

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@ronmortgageguy Online betting context ads are literally everywhere. On every website and app.

@alectranews 10000 homes without power for hours. This is insane. You cannot handle the situation, you have to request provincial and federal help.

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@StevenDelDuca @alectranews @StevenDelDuca outages are hitting Vaughan again today, worse than before. Please intervene. Alectra cannot handle the situation. It's time to declare emergency and request provincial and federal help. This situation is not acceptable. Electric power is not optional.

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@alectranews This is absolutely not acceptable. @StevenDelDuca outages are hitting Vaughan again, worse than before. Please intervene. Additional resources have to be deployed. Electric power is not optional. It has to be on 24/7. Current situation is a failure.

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@StevenDelDuca @alectranews Thank you for the update. Would also appreciate if alectra provided regular status updates on these activities (what exactly and where are they working to clean the equipment, timelines, stauts updates on cleaning operations)

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@alectranews @StevenDelDuca @chrisgainsworth @City_of_Vaughan please intervene, this problem is out of control. Multiple electric power outages every day for the last month. Last night was the worst so far. People say their home devices got damaged. Alectra is not capable of fixing it.

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@alectranews Hello Mr Del Duca @StevenDelDuca , multiple outages in Vaughan continued through the night without a clear plan from alectra to fix this issue, could you please intervene, this level of service from alectra is completely unacceptable. It is happening every day over the last month

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@alectranews Total incompetence.

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@alectranews We have no patience or understanding anymore. Last winter there was lots of salt on that roads, but ZERO outages. You are not working hard enough!

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@alectranews @StevenDelDuca Does not make sense. We had zero outages last winter, despite having lots of snow, ice and salt on the roads.

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@alectranews Then why did we have zero outages last winter, when there was lots of snow and salt on the roads as well?

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@alectranews What is the process to apply for compensation due to damaged device? Our friend's modem got burnt out due to flickering power half an hour ago.

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@alectranews Makes zero sense! Outages as a result of crews working to prevent outages? What does it mean? Express yourself clearly. What is the plan to fix this and prevent from happening in future? Last winter lots of salt was on the roads, but we had zero outages.

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@alectranews Makes zero sense! Outages as a result of crews working to prevent outages? What does it mean? Express yourself clearly. What is the plan to fix this?

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@alectranews Lights are flickering right now in Thornhill.

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@mkluis @alectranews @StevenDelDuca Not sure, there was a lot of snow last winter, but there were no outages and no flickering lights.

[Lomingan @Lomingan]

@alectranews Hello Mr Del Duca @StevenDelDuca , there is a serious persistent issue with electric grid in Vaughan, multiple outages, lights are flickering, @alectranews is not providing any explanation and not resolving the situation, could you please intervene, thank you.
