@CoriActually btw I'm 77 and avoid back-sleeping issues now by careful non-twist positioning. If I get it wrong - ouch and two weeks of back ache.

@CoriActually You have to sleep on your side with both legs up a bit and torso at right angles to mattress - so spine is NOT twisted. Slumping forward with your torso near the mattress will screw your back due to twisting.
