PVS Parents are a different breed.

After running the gamechanger in miserable November type Rain today- PVS Dad: Michael.. dropped the girls off for hitting and made his way to the PVS restroom to throw on his black tie attire 🤵‍♂️. He then headed straight to to the Carnegie Museum Gala ala Batman style

It takes what it takes!!!

We are pleased to announce that the entire Pittsburgh Riot Fastpitch organization has contracted PVS for off-season training

This will be our 2nd year helping the Riot!
Stats from last year below⤵️

Last year- PVS trained Riot players:
1/ added an average of 2.69 🔥 mph to their arms

2/ Shaved 1 tenth off their 20 🏃‍♀️

3/ Added considerable Power& burst 🏋��‍♂️

@ashleyn1cole Also I didn’t stop being tall when I moved into plus size. I still need a 34” inseam and a shirt that’s longer (not wider) at the waist and in the arms. Most stores you can either be Plus or Tall. Very rarely both.
