Soy should learn the game and balance around semi-experienced lobbies

I'd note these changes to PBT ck overhaul:
- slightly reduce the damage on WSO (like idk 25-30 but over 50 is just bs)
- WSO disables ck's stam regen while on use
- WSO gives ck helpless after you hit it.

Forsaken should be balanced around slight teamwork. Not pubs
