Just ignore it and it will go away
Sharp pain in my foot while walking. Ignored it. Walked on, limping. Five minutes later the pain was gone never to return.
Air Conditioning made weird clanking noise for weeks. Couldn't find the source. Ignored it. Recently realized the noise disappeared long ago, never to return.
Strange tremor in my wife's hand. Worry. I said: "Ignore it, it'll be gone tomorrow". She never brought it up again because she forgot it had been there.
Tenants ask me to remove a dead plant. I ignore it. A few weeks later the plant is growing again.

Don't ignore it if it keeps coming back. In that case it requires personal attention.
But most things don't. They're "just energy passing through". If you zoom in via worry, the energy might stay. Things come and go, let them.
