I agree the tokenomics of crypto has been broken for several years and it sucks to hold a crypto token with no real value (or value-accrued mechanism).

However, some companies actually championed their token Token-only model like @Morpho (they made themself a non-profit, cutting off their path to IPO/M&A, and fundraise through token)

or

Maximize Token's value-accrued mechanism like @HyperliquidX that basically channel most profit into buyback.

The hybrid model is being experimented by some teams where I think the line between Token representing company's success and value is getting thinner!
