I was honored to speak at the National Assembly Forum on Stablecoins yesterday. Drawing from our work at @AvaLabs, I shared that stablecoin adoption need not be an all-or-nothing endeavor—it can be a phased, permissioned process, as demonstrated in Purpose Bound Money (PBM) initiative on @avax with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

On @avax, a geofenced public blockchain with whitelisting capabilities for users and admins can be launched in a few minutes. This approach leverages blockchain’s potential securely and effectively. The technology and use cases are here and I’m optimistic about significant progress in Korea for the year ahead.

👉 Host IRL events, create content, bull post, complete bounties, win grants, support ecosystem projects, onboard & educate users, build infrastructure, win hackathons, support big launches etc and you will gain XP.

👉 Inactivity, toxic behaviour towards community members/projects, full clip selling your presale on day one etc and you lose XP

👉 Shady or suspicious behavior and you are out. Zero tolerance.

Our goal is to empower and support those that want to contribute to the growth of Avalanche. Once fully established and community leadership is in place, we will begin a transition phase so 'Team1' becomes a community run entity.
