Vocabulary cards, excellent checking for understanding with 100% participation and all on the hook, and a culture of excellence in Mr. Williamsons classroom at @JLPioneers. Also, one of our own @Midland_ISD alumni impacting students as a teacher. ❤️🤍💙

Instructional Rounds at @JLPioneers. Excellence happens when principals are supported & held accountable by their principal supervisor, @MISDTandL & campus leaders work in close alignment, & the feedback is used for continuous improvement. #MISDProud of what we saw this morning.

@kaylynncook_ led our RLA PLC today with a focus on ARC 1! Making the connection between the HLT and Exit Ticket is key. Working together with T&L to ensure we are aligned and moving toward EXCELLENCE! @tricia_teran

[Long Elementary @LongMISD]

Our Internalization audit identified a gap in lesson preparation, and today during PLC, we cleared up the misconception and strengthened our practice. Long Math teachers are putting in the RIGHT work—digging into the lesson, making adjustments, and preparing with purpose.
