This is a frustrating topic for everyone. Assigning “blame” isn’t helpful. We’re all trying to work out equitable solutions. After January, code days are being made available for PD. Some central staff have been recording these current sessions.

There shouldn’t be opportunities where ppl are being excluded. Seeing all the amazing things being done and offered is making me more frustrated & stressed bc I can’t be part of it.
