@British_Airways my luggage has been stuck at JFK Terminal 8, for 2 days now and evrbdy keeps telling me it was handed over to the delivery courier which isnt true cause I have my air trackers and they clearly havent moved. This is urgent and nobody does anythng substantial. Help
