Thank you @SharkNinja for the great service received when something went wrong with my vacuum cleaner. Went through the troubleshooter, reported the fault. Engineer call Wednesday, new part received Thursday. Two minutes to fit . All running as normal now. Well done 👏👏

@NHSImprovement my friend has had a cough, went to GP, got a blood test in 2 weeks , spirometer test same week and an X Ray to be arranged. Why were the bloods not taken today and the spirometer when they were there?

It is time that the NHS put in place a system similar to a GMP deviation system, where errors can be identified and investigated without blaming anyone. Corrective actions can be put in place and problems solved. It is not difficult to do! Would save a lot of time and money!
