@northernassist So now due to overcrowding, everyone who wanted to get the Deansgate 15:27 is crammed onto the 16:27 and the train cannot go for health and safety. This isn’t acceptable.

@northernassist why is every train being cancelled that goes through Deansgate being reported as due to a fault with the train? So every train is faulty? Southport, Blackpool, I could go on! This isn’t true is it.

@northernassist That’s not what the automated service is saying. Every train has a fault. There’s just been the strangest, vaguest message made over the tannoy telling us to ‘get over to Victoria’. What a mess.

@northernassist I’m politely asked him to turn it down. He then snapped saying I couldn’t hear it and it was playing low and then continued moaning at me. Politely asking someone who is a member of staff to turn down their phone
