@trulyshaurya @KanpurUpdates Have u ever heard of Jewar Airport & Yamuna Expressway it was demand of the corporate to develop areas to the vicinity of it. Now if corporate is not interested to settle down in Kanpur, Lucknow you can't force them to do so. High land prices and fertile lands is also a reason.

I think you have never Jhansi and Bundelkhand. intensly backward farmers migrate for labor jobs in NCR, Bundelkhand doesn't even have National hospitals or educational hubs like Kanpur and Lucknow.

Ex CM Mayawati developed entire Noida to cater demands of corporate and generation of jobs. What's wrong in this?

@trulyshaurya @KanpurUpdates Kanpur has plenty of PSUs and Lucknow already has IT City and other economic hubs with good infrastructure. Talk about Jhansi it only has a rail refurbishment factory and BHEL, people from drought facing bundelkhand are migrating to other places as construction labour (2/3)

It will share borders will MP's districts like Shivpuri & Datia, but will not be a part of It. MP may plan a township on borders of BIDA.

Also, the fact that Jhansi has cheap land resource available than expensive Kanpur & Lucknow, Strategic location in heart of India, provides an advantage.
