I'm now the least lonely I have felt in a long time and I dont think that's my ex's fault clearly we werent meant to be but I'm making new friends and finally found myself and its a good feeling

So a couple of months back my life changed when my 5 year relationship ended which came as a complete shock to me and I thought I'd be lonely and miserable for ages .... what I actually found was I was able to focus on the one person that I hadn't been able to in such a long time

..... myself.... since then I've done something I didn't think I would ever do... definitely didn't think I would enjoy it but I started a fitness bootcamp a few weeks back and I love it and more importantly I'm learning to love myself
