Giving gifts to customers as a way to show your appreciation is a great way to keep em coming back and get referrals You'd think you'd be able to fully deduct a basket full of goodies or a gift card You expect the gift to pay off down the road and generate more revenue... which the IRS loves Well... hold that $150 bottle of wine because we're only allowed to deduct up to $25 per person* yearly! $25 has been the limit since... 1988! 🤔 So next time you're thinking about giving a gift in a business context... do it out of love and not for a tax deduction *There are some more deets, but this is a great starting point if you need to figure out what is deductible
