@MelissaReddy_ Took at least 20/25 yards off the goal kick, and play should have been stopped immediately as the cable is classified as an outside agent. Let's face it he was a very weak referee throughout.
@caribbeanpotter I think you might be over analysing it Jeremy, Ghana wanted it more, had England matched their passion and desire they'd likely have found the winner imo.
@caribbeanpotter "kicking us out of our rhythm" behave Jeremy, Ghana deserved at least a point, stone wall penno waved away for them too. A reality check.
@prodnose Liked the show at the time Danny but on balance, given the awful sh1te we have to listen to and watch today, I much preferred the way we "consumed" football pre 91.
RIP the inspirational Fergus Slattery, open side flanker of the highest class, what a ticker, covered every blade, a man of true deeds on the pitch. No matter who Ireland played, when Slatts was in the team, you always knew they had a chance, the mark of a truly great player.
@caribbeanpotter@LouStagner I think it is part of the challenge and fun of golf to be able to move the ball left of right, high or or low. Easy for me to say when I am not playing for a living mind you, how many times have we seen a pro revert to their stock fade even if the hole shape doesn't suit!
@henrywinter You seem to forget Levy was desperate to win the bid for the London stadium. It was only ever a race to win a "football" stadium on the cheap. Spurs might well have found themselves in the same situation today had they won it.
