Dear Young People,

As 2024 comes to a close, take a moment to reflect: Did you set any goals this year? And more importantly, did you achieve them?

Don't wait until January to get started. Begin now! Start envisioning your goals for the new year and make sure you not only outline what you want to accomplish, but also create a clear strategy and tactics to make it happen. Don’t just go through life —plan for it. Yes, things may not always unfold as you expect, but having a plan in place will give you direction.

If possible, have a five-year plan for your life. Of course, you can adjust it as you go, but let it serve as a guide to keep you on track and focused on what truly matters.

One important piece of advice: commit your plans to the Lord. If there’s anything that’s not in alignment with what’s truly best for you, or if He has something better in mind, He will guide you through it. You may not understand why things change at first, but with time, you'll realize it was for your greater good.

So, be bold, be intentional, and trust the process.

The future is yours to shape!
