Second, lowering the strength of alcohol won't or prevent alcohol dependency except for them having to spend the same amount for weaker booze and therefore spending more to achieve higher drunkenness.

The latest news cycle made sure to mention that @Buffalo_Schools is considering “litigation”—which I can only assume means they’re thinking about suing us.

New York has some of the strongest whistleblower protections in the country. The fact that @AngryCops is a public employee alone makes any legal action borderline impossible.

Add to that the fact that his claims have already been proven correct—like your misclassification of 54% of police calls, and Shane Cronin now being officially charged with attempted child abduction.

If you even tried to pursue legal action, you’d be exposing yourselves to punitive and compensatory damages under New York’s SLAPP laws.

Before anyone is allowed to join the U.S. military, they must take the ASVAB, an aptitude test that determines if they even qualify for enlistment. Their performance on the test then dictates which jobs they are eligible for within the military.

Now consider the requirements for Congress:
•House of Representatives: Be at least 25 years old and a U.S. citizen for 7 years.
•Senate: Be at least 30 years old and a U.S. citizen for 9 years.
And that’s it.

Politicians should have to:
A. Qualify for the job by demonstrating their knowledge and abilities.
B. Have their test scores displayed on the ballot, so voters can make more informed decisions.
