@got_cake I saw that speech by the President of Ghana at the UN, and what stuck out to me was when he was talking about reparations. He spoke about how Africa, the Caribbean, and South America are together on it, and the only people that are not there are Black Americans

I believe Africa needs a revolution of consciousness more than another cycle of elections. We have changed leaders, parties and slogans for decades while the colonial structures remain. If the system survives every election, then changing politicians alone will never liberate us.
