@elonmusk Heads up: @Tesla service is becoming notoriously bad. Many are selling their Teslas due to terrible service experiences. My car was in the garage for 10 days without being fixed. This needs attention.

[Rob @LordRobWalters]

@elonmusk Also after just waiting for an hour to get through to someone at @Tesla was explaining an issue to a man named Thomas and my call was dropped and no one called me back. I assume he hung up and didn’t want to help.

This has been the worst customer experience ever.

[Rob @LordRobWalters]

@elonmusk I bought a model S. The handles don’t go in as I lock my car and drive away. I have tried for over a week to book and appointment to get it seen by @Tesla

Keep getting told to monitor it and provide time stamps. But it’s permanent.

A recommendation if you are traveling in Europe. I made a huge mistake booking with @wizzair the flights have been delayed multiple times. £1.50 a min to speak to someone. Do yourself a favour and book with anyone else. I wish I did.

People can be very Fast to take, but very Slow to give.

Happiness lay in Reversing this process.

A starving baby #Rhino desperately tries to feed from its dead mother who had been killed by #poachers. The tiny one-month-old rhino can be heard calling for its mother as it tries to nudge her head and then suckle for milk.
