This was backstage at the official Wayne Static Memorial show. Ashes (Wayne's guitarist), Dave Navarro and me preparing to go on-stage.

The original band (Static-X) were contacted to participate but refused.

Edsel Dope / Xer0 wasn't even asked to be involved.

Just found a text from Edsel Dope / Xer0 saying I wasn't under contract for "Evil Disco" and he also acknowledges my film. The working title at the time was "Tera-fied".

I never signed a contract. This full text exchange will be going over to their lawyers during discovery.

The drug taking dummy Frankenstein character in the Static-X music video is supposed to be Wayne Static. The drug taking Franken puppet they parade around on stage and make all of you cheer for is also supposed to be Wayne. The band is humiliating Wayne. Here's more proof.

Last year Edsel Dope asked me to prepare 5 Type O Negative songs without Peter Steele's vocals. He told me he was going to try and convince the remaining members of Type O Negative that he should be the new lead singer.

Static-X really painted me as a horrible human being within the summons by leaning into the fact that I used to be a adult video director (18 years ago).

What they didn't put in there is that Edsel Dope / Xer0 was in one of my movies. Fully in there if you know what I mean.
