@Villaverde4NC @jakepaul Most ppl don't realize lot's of states should be bankrupt by now, especially MI and IL. But the only reason they're not is bc they keep issuing new debt, municipal bonds, to pay off existing debt. PR hasn't been allowed to do this, making them a more risky investment.

They see it as something that is easy that doesn't deserve any kind of financial benefit. To them, the dollar trumps the human element. Stay away from them.
