@BenAndWoods @justinlivinlife @BenHigginsSD Had to do the prep twice while in the hospital January 25. Lower GI Bleed. Once between 11:00pm to midnight. Then again 5:00am to six. Was not a happy camper. To make matters worse. I had have a nurse standby every time I got up. Sucked for them too. They had to check it after.

@DavePalet Great show got me through my walk this morning. Speaking of car accidents. My son got t-bone the second week of Dec. Car was totaled, he was sore and missed one day of work. The other driver is ghosting us and our insurance company. We had to pay 500 from settlement. 🤬🤬

@DavePalet Just finished my walk and the podcast. @jeffdotseth mentioned Jeffrey Garten about never being in a fight. I had looked him up a few months because I heard something on TikTok. Turns out he was in 82nd Abn. Div. and Special Forces from 1968-1972. Deputy sheriffs cover all of SD.

This is a great app. Helps you stop food waste. Gives you a chance to try new places at a discount. This is the seventh time using it. Three different pizzas places, one twice. 2 donuts shops and a bakery shop. Family loves trying new places.
