@Arrrrash the cold exposure turns white fat in brown fat which is basicall stored fat turned into fuel. and also I add into the list, if you can economically, practice a combat sport, best are wrestling and muay thai/kickboxing! also running is good for heart health! you got this lad ❤️
@Arrrrash these worked for me: eat real food not ultraprocessed one, run anytime you can even slow paced, like if you can run to a place do it, find any calisthenics video and do the exercises, do regularly cold exposure and ice cold showers, do what makes you happy, and sleep more!
