Many were also struggling to even procure devices for their schools. Principals, school admins/ they were all looking for opportunities to keep instruction going. Any lost instruction time was detrimental.

Interesting post for my school IT folks. I worked with many schools and districts across the US during the pandemic, and they all face the same challenges- the number one goal was to get students access to instruction. The fact that CPS got so many devices is actually impressive
