i've been slowly but surely beat the games on the castlevania anniversary collection, the 1st game and belmont's revenge on gameboy, bloodlines is about to be finished, castlevania 4 is the next game i'm going to beat.
@systemcheck66 yes we thought he would at least try but no he wanted to do his own thing, not to mention the backpedaling, which makes him look bad, Capcom need to take the rights away, i know there's some in the company like us, who see constantin approved this film just to keep the rights.
@systemcheck66 looks like we were right about cregger, check out advance bawse latest video, just prepare yourself, his defender's were out in force from what that guy showed in the video
@systemcheck66 yep it's very tedious at this point, and the youtuber's who do this tend to do, i was wrong about videos, i expect to see those videos not long after it's release, constantin should lose the rights since they won't make a good film with the RE IP, they just want to horde it away.
@systemcheck66 yeah Bawse is one of the few who gives his honest thoughts about Cregger's film like us, i'll likely won't watch it until way after it's out, i don't tolerate how Cregger and his defenders try to act like we RE fans are ungrateful, as an RE film it will be bad.
sorry if haven't posted in a bit, been a little busy lately, only had time to play some games, i plan on returning to steamworld dig, played it for a good little bit month's ago, and currently trying to beat castlevania the adventure on the anniversary collection.
@The_Top_Loader@sincespacies@systemcheck66@bastichb64k@Retrokaiser@stewie55uk@meanmachinedean it was definitely engrained in pop culture in the 90's, it along with games like Wolfenstein 3d caused the creation of the ratings board, and the creation of MK is just as interesting, using digitized actors in place of sprites, & like you said the influence their favorite films
over the years I've become interested in how older games were made, since unlike today they had more hoops to jump through when coding, debugging and testing the games out, is there any stories on older game development that you heard about regarding your favorite game.
@bastichb64k i wanted to ask this since you've played some amiga games, is the chaos engine any good, looks fun but i'm not entirely sure, i'm thinking about getting it on either the SNES or genesis since i don't have an amiga of any kind.
@sincespacies there's too many to list i can list at least 3 super Mario bros, contra and donkey Kong country, although i couldn't play NES contra to save my life when i was young.
