This is not normal. A grown man — powerful, wealthy, famous photographed alongside young girls in revealing clothing in private settings, linked to one of the worst child traffickers in history.
Jeffrey Epstein — convicted paedophile, child rapist, monster, and Donald Trump, close friend, associate, someone who visited his island, partied with him, praised him, their connection is not a coincidence.
It is not friendship. It is a pattern. And it is not normal. Rape. Torture. Trafficking of children. These are crimes.
And anyone connected to them, anyone who protected them, anyone who stayed silent, shares in the guilt..

Look at this photograph and ask yourself who is the better man. Then ask your self why he is kneeling infront of the other one who has extracted £millions from charities and essential public services.
"Dizem que os animais não têm alma...
Bem, eu não acredito nisso. Se ter alma significa poder sentir amor, lealdade e gratidão, então os animais são melhores que muitos seres humanos."
J. Herriot
Andy - why are you giving the royals another £50 million when our public services are crumbling? No more handouts to billionaire families. Time to scrap the grant. #AbolishTheMonarchy
For 60 years the blue tits of Britain broke into the milk on your doorstep, and all they ever took was the cream.
It was first seen in Swaythling, near Southampton, in 1921. A blue tit landed on a bottle, pecked through the cap and drank. By the 1950s every tit in the country seemed to know the trick. Housewives put out saucers, stones and upturned cups. The birds learned to follow the milk float down the street and be waiting at the next step.
You will remember the bottle. Silver foil on top, and beneath it 2 inches of thick yellow cream that had risen overnight, with the white milk underneath. The first one down in the morning got it on the porridge.
That cream was the whole point of the burglary. A bird cannot digest milk. It has no means of handling the sugar in it. Cream is nearly all fat, with very little sugar, so the tits drank down to the line and stopped.
A wild animal weighing 11 grams, with every bird table and berry bush in the street to choose from, worked out how to open a sealed container to get at butterfat.
Then the habit died, in about 10 years. Nobody trapped them or changed the caps. The milk changed. It was homogenised so the cream no longer rose, then skimmed so it was hardly there, then moved to a plastic jug in a supermarket.
The blue tits inspected the red top, found nothing in it worth stealing, and went back to the hedge.
They were the last creatures in Britain to judge a pint of milk on what was actually in it.
Fuck yeah!!!!! Thousands of students are protesting at Cornell University on behalf of Jane Doe’s everywhere! LET’S GO.
Also SO proud of the men who are protesting!!!
If any other world lead said something like this about their own country they'd be forced to resign, hiding in a bunker or flying out to a third country by midnight, the amount of abuse the US allows itself to take is actually insane.
A friendly reminder that to this day, the only person in history to win two Nobel prizes in two different scientific fields is a woman: Marie Skłodowska-Curie.
Self-Compassion In Recovery:
I am learning
that compassion does not mean
pretending everything is okay.
It means looking at myself
on the days when I am tired,
angry, afraid,
or unsure what comes next,
and choosing not to become
another voice that hurts me.
I am learning
to speak to myself
the way I would speak
to someone I love.
Not,
Why aren't you stronger?
Why are you still struggling?
Why haven't you figured this out?
But,
You are having a hard day.
You have been carrying a lot.
You are allowed to rest.
You don't have to solve everything today.
I am learning
that mistakes do not make me
undeserving of kindness.
That needing help
does not make me weak.
That being overwhelmed
does not make me a failure.
That healing
does not have to happen
on someone else's timeline.
Some days,
self-compassion might be
getting out of bed.
Some days,
it might be eating something,
taking a breath,
putting the assignment down,
or letting myself cry
without judging the tears.
Sometimes it is simply saying:
I am still learning.
I am still becoming.
I can hold myself gently
while I figure this out.
I don't have to love
every part of myself
to treat myself with care.
I don't have to earn
the right to be compassionate
toward myself.
I am human.
And perhaps
that is enough reason
to offer myself
the same patience,
warmth,
and understanding
I so freely give
to others.

we live in a world where sex workers are judged but not their clients, single mothers are judged but not absent fathers, rape victims are judged but not the rapists and the ones who speak out are judged instead of the ones covering it up
Mr Big lost his battle today. I suppose we all knew it was coming but it still hits hard. The big gentle giant who we’ve fixed up several times slipped away gently as his options ran out. I’m happy his body can now relax as I think the pain was starting to bother him.
I get so many people asking me how to deal with the loss of a dog. It’s one of my most popular DMs. I wish I knew the answer. All I know is I like to think of the positives and the good memories. As time passes you soon realize you were so lucky to be in a dog’s presence. Probably none more so than Mr Big.
He was a bundle of fun. Always up for an adventure. Always giving 100%. The sort of dog who just makes you smile non stop. Farewell big guy ❤️
