@ngleicher my facebook account was hacked Oct 16 This is a big issue for me as I own a small Brick & Mortar and cant access my account as it is deactived. That being said I am very frustrated. There is no customer service thru facebook or Meta. I have exhausted all options. 😡

Help center when I sent ID says we cant review due to covid and account will be shutdown for good if you dont try to appeal. I did. Got nowhere. Please help! Facebook even sent me a email of suspicious log in.

@Meta It doesnt work. Some reply about covid and cant review accounts at this time. Covid is over. What kind of multi billion dollar company takes advantage of people and offers 0 customer service when our acvounts get shut down. Its terrible.

@guyro @benimmo Why is that I have been an active facebook user for 11+ years and cant access my personal photos, friends or my small business page because I got hacked and that person posted something on my site. My account is now disabled from facebook. Says go to help center which is no help.

@Meta my facebook got hacked and I cant get any help from facebook support. The deactivated my account.There isnt any help from them at all. I was robbed of all my personal info and pictures. My small business is affected cause I cant access it to post sales etc. Instagram also.
