Finally Friday! This morning started with a drink in my Frost Buddy and lots of Chromebook carts. Lots of them! We checked every single student device for damage and swapped out damaged ones. Definitely not my favorite part of the #SchoolLibrary job. #TeachersofX

@MrsShadish I have a few stress balls/fidgets, some small Play Doh containers and some cards with breathing and calming tips. I also have a Calming Pal Mini that has some guided mindfulness techniques for kids to use.

I went with a superhero theme for this year’s hallway bulletin board for Digital Citizenship Week. To go with the board, kids have been sharing digital citizenship tips on the morning announcements all week. #SchoolLibrary #teachersofx

@DavidKa69428571 We always have a puzzle going--it's a fixture in our media center. So many kids use it as a way to calm themselves & we have staff that work on it, too. I glue the finished puzzles & display them around the space. This one has art from a favorite graphic novel series.

I put out a new puzzle during 5th grade silent reading club today. There must have been 10 kids jammed around the puzzle table, buzzing with excitement over the picture. They got a good start & can’t wait to come back to do more. #SchoolLibrary #Teachersofx
