@NtwelveM It'll be funny when it's time for Amid and Heith and they potentially do the same thing there. Episode Freya does use a different font and logo versus the two Episode Ryu (Lyu) volumes so I guess they'll be making new logos each time there's a new central character.

Not sure why it's considered a "new series announcement" considering it's simply the next installment of "Familia Chronicle" following Episode Ryu 2, but I'm excited for the release.

Happy to see this after I mentioned wanting to read the prequel novel in a video of mine. Great timing for the announcement too since S2 of the anime is currently airing.

A second prequel novel is releasing in JP next month so hopefully we see that come as well.

Three new installments across the various DanMachi light novel series have been announced for this upcoming Winter in Japan. Main Series Vol 22 to release in December 2026, Sword Oratoria Vol 17 in January 2027, and Episode Amid in February 2027.
