Unfortunately, 🇷🇺 still has the ability to obtain critical components for missile production from companies around the world, including companies from some partner countries. If we take, for example, one of the missiles that hit Kryvyi Rih today, about 50 components in it - mostly microelectronics - were produced in other countries.

Today, representatives of our state met with diplomats from the respective countries. All partners have a list of companies that supply 🇷🇺 with components for murder. Everyone in the world also understands how terrorists are trying to deceive the world. And we are waiting for conclusions and swift action to stop missile terror.

🇺🇦 has imposed sanctions on all companies in 🇷🇺 that produce missiles. Such complete sanctions should be imposed globally against all of them. Every way of circumventing sanctions should be appropriately punished at the global level as well. If someone acts as an intermediary or works together with 🇷🇺 so that terrorists can continue to blow up residential buildings and kill people, such entities - whether business or government - deserve a response from the world. Experts say Kherson's famous watermelons and tomatoes will disappear for years.

About 94% of Kherson's irrigated land has been left without water. Kherson steppes, where cereals, oil crops, watermelons, tomatoes, peppers, aubergines and other vegetables were grown thanks to well-established system of irrigation canals, may turn into deserts next year.

And the current crop of watermelons in the flooded areas of the region has been washed away almost completely.

We are working at all levels of state and local authorities to rescue as many people as possible from the flooded areas. The evacuation is ongoing. Wherever we can get people out of the flood zone, we do so. The State Emergency Service, police and military are doing a great job! I want to thank each and every person involved!

We are establishing more details about the damage Russia has caused by this disaster. In more than 40 settlements, life is broken. For hundreds of thousands of people in many towns and villages, access to drinking water has been greatly hampered.

Russia must be held accountable for this deliberate crime against people, nature and life itself.

They continue to shell Kherson and the communities of the region, which have already been flooded by terrorists. At least 100 thousand people lived in these areas before the Russian invasion. At least tens of thousands are still there. Hundreds of thousands of people have been left without normal access to drinking water. Our services, all those who can help people, are already involved. But we can only help on the territory controlled by Ukraine. On the part occupied by Russia, the occupiers are not even trying to help people.

This once again demonstrates the cynicism with which Russia treats the people whose land it has captured and what Russia really brings to Europe and the world.

I made it to #Kherson under the cover of night.

Russians continue shelling the city relentlessly.

From conversations I've had along the way, the city administration and military have done an amazing job evacuating people before waters reached critical levels.

Multiple parts of the city are affected by the rising water levels, but utilities are on.

Tomorrow brings a new day and insight into the extent of the damages so far.

It is time for me to rest my head.

Russia has been controlling the dam and the entire Kakhovka HPP for more than a year. It is physically impossible to blow it up somehow from the outside, by shelling. It was mined by the Russian occupiers. And they blew it up.

Russia has detonated a bomb of mass environmental destruction. This is the largest man-made environmental disaster in Europe in decades. It is the most dangerous terrorist in the world. And that is why Russia's defeat – a defeat that we’ll ensure anyway – will be the most significant contribution to the security of our region, our Europe and the entire world.

However, don't we know what constantly fuels Russian revanchism? This is the belief of Russia's rulers that Europe will allegedly show weakness. Weakness is the main hope and bet of terrorists.

No more weakness in Europe against the evil of aggression! No more uncertainty about security prospects in Europe! Every step, decision and summit of ours must strengthen us all in our defense against Russian terror. No doubt, the Vilnius #NATOSummit must ensure this.

I cannot read without tears that people are evacuated from their homes because the russians blew up the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant dam. That people are asked not to leave their pets and save them from drowning in floodwaters...
