@wfaa WE DID PREPARE. I spent $150 on groceries and water. Now my food is going to spoil because we’re going on 4 HOURS WITH NO POWER. Address is 7325 Haverford Rd in Dallas and entire block with elderly, infants, small children are all without power. My neighbor are in their 80s.

@oncor Power out for over 3 hours at 7325 Haverford Rd, Dallas. We have three small children. Small children in every house on the street, many infants.
Rotate these outages fairly. An hour here, an hour there, fine. Three hours in a row is too much.
