Jamato very clearly wanted Mapicc to be the one to kill Spoke, but after Mapicc choses to let him go, he attacks him

what is stopping Jamato from killing him? is it just him trying to hold onto that tiny semblance of care he once held for Spoke? or is he scared

the "I don't want to die" scene to me felt less like Spoke believing that statement, and more like he was saying it to try and convince himself that it's true

@pearritty I still wholeheartedly believe that by "here to help," Jamato means here to help the server, because he never specifies that it's Spoke he wants to help "Im protecting the server from you, because you never change"

I think the idea of a resistance could be really cool though
