You're skipping on a grass. That's your first fault. Find a flat smooth surface to skip.
2. Measure your rope to be as tall as you when you double it. And you wouldn't need to be bending the way you are.
3. You're compensating for the short rope by bending your upper body everytime. Skipping is jumping straight in the air and landing on your toes, not your whole foot.
