@loudmouthman I think the key is to do it in a few passes, not trying to cut all the way thru at once. Also, the narrower the blade the less jaggies. And super sharp blade

I spotted a US Navy Mark V diving helmet like this one in a restaurant at the San Francisco airport. Mr. Game & Watch wears one in Game & Watch Octopus so I made one for Maker Faire Adelaide using @LostWaxOz's excellent plans.
