Soaring summer temperatures has changed my sense of time, space and place

I definitely feel a sense of anxiety about extreme heat, I feel more tired through poor sleep & crack of dawn walks with my dog my concentration has suffered & I am more short tempered

The summer seems to have slowed down its now an endless grind of extreme heat humidity and wildfires
