This is just one of the many moments in Museveni’s dictatorship military rule. I will share the video when military stormed Makerere University and open live bullets killing countless number of students at the University.
Let’s keep the history alive.
When a habeas corpus application was filed to force the authorities to produce Sam Mugumya dead or alive after his disappearance, government said Sam had never stepped into Uganda.
Yet, on August 22, 2025, Sam Mugumya appeared @PFFUganda's Kigezi convention in kabale municipality.

They killed thousands while coming to power. They killed people in the Mukura massacre. They killed people in Kasese. They killed Ugandans during the November 18–19 protests in Buganda. Yet, no one has been held accountable.
Dear international community, please do not look away from the people of Butambala who were killed during the election period. Their families still deserve truth, justice, and accountability.
Those who gave the orders and those who pulled the trigger must be held accountable.
The community in Buganda is not dead. It is not paralyzed. It is just soft. It has been softened by centuries of manipulation, dispossession, and learning to survive under power rather than confront it head-on. You know this history, don’t dismiss it.
They see an animal that can be slaughtered any day.
When you mistake that softness for weakness, you miss the point. That is exactly where its strength lies. You see a cow as everything. History taught them that what matters most is the people, not bloodshed over every battle.
Dear General @KagutaMuseveni
Someone who recorded this video, let alone availing it to the public must be a courageous son of Uganda because he can't survive the wrath of the powers that are pleased by holding Mr SAM MUGUMYA in such a state.
It is difficult to imagine what runs in your mind when such recordings reach your attention, you being arguably the most powerful and one of the longest Presidents in Africa, highly regarded in America, Europe and Russia;
You being a Jajja( an elderly relative) as you love to be referred to sometimes; and you being the President that listens to religious leaders, reads of the Bible and refers to it many times.
You being the Commander in Chief of all armed forces, the Appointing Authority, Ssaabagabe and all other privileged and powerful positions,
Our Question is, how much more suffering would you like to see and how many other such videos would you like to be brought to your attention to bring you to our world?
Over to you Mr President.
When human rights are violated, the @UnitedNations must be more than a witness. It must be a voice, a shield, and a force for accountability.

As Nameere is busy saying Cissy was hired to tarnish her name
Another group of coffee farmers has come out to demand for 20m shillings
They supplied @JustineNameere seedlings and has refused to pay them

A short while ago, I was more than delighted to speak with our nine comrades who came out of prison today, after six years of illegal detention without trial - Ssekitoleko Yasin Machete, Patrick Mwase, Sharif Kalanzi, Joseph Muwonge, Abdallah Kintu, Umar Emma Kato, Kavuma Musa, Jimmy Galukande and Gibusiwa Abdallah.
These comrades committed no offence, but the criminal regime refused to try them, release them on bail or simply drop the charges against them. Their only crime was supporting me and the @NUP_Ug in the 2021 election! Instead, the regime gave them only one condition- plead guilty or rot in jail. After six years of waiting, they were released on Amnesty - having appeared yet again before the military court, in complete disregard of the Supreme Court ruling that ordered their files to be transferred to ordinary courts. Either way, we are very glad to have them back. I thank everyone who has consistently demanded for their release, as well as those who have supported them and their families in every way. I thank their families for patiently waiting for this day. Aluta continua.
Here is a leaked video of comrade Sam Mugumya, who remains missing since his abduction in August last year. The video was apparently leaked from an unknown detention facility where he is held incommunicado. He appears crippled; unable to walk without a walking frame -- evidence of effects of the torture he has suffered since abduction. Meanwhile, the regime continues to deny any knowledge of his whereabouts! But one day, those responsible for these crimes will be held accountable! #BringBackOurPeople!
