@scttfrnks Yeah, people who start off with the idea of good faith engagement, come across too many idiots and lose patience, often throwing someone who may have been arguing in good faith under the same belligerence bus. All it takes is noticing a few similar sounding starts of arguments.

@roropsych Unexpected sh-t happens. 😆 And by unexpected, I don't mean having the kids, that was definitely planned. But gaining the desire to want them & then torpedoes be damned, going through with having them.
Not totally sure how old you are, but I think you're still well within range.

That said, in other contexts, being attractive can be a disadvantage. Blanket statements about groups are dangerous and intellectually lazy.

@ConnorMcCloud1 @Theo_TJ_Jordan I've studied this for decades & I think the strategy is... when communism kicks in, & everyone starts starving to death, the fatties will last longer than all else, effectively taking over complete control & in the process, they'll get thin enough to maybe stop hating themselves.

@scttfrnks Sure. But I can't think of a sports rivalry in which 1 team was so incredibly owned as the Winnipeg Jets were by the Edmonton Oilers in the 80s. The hurt/hate ran deep. Not to mention the ridicule. I think THIS is the exact point in my life where it all started going downhill! 😆

@scttfrnks My aunt & uncle sent me a Wayne Gretzky lunch box for my birthday one year. So I was stuck with that for a few years in elementary school.

Should I mention that it was the 80s & lived in Winnipeg & was a huge Jets fan?

I remember every bitter mouthful that came from that box...
