@HeartMidsNews Great report Becky, enjoy your holidays!

@YVconcerts totally gutted to receive my tickets and find out I am not sitting with my family. I would not have booked tickets for my kids if I had known we would not all be sat together. Ruined the evening now!! What’s gone on!??!

[Marie Orpe @Love2_Holiday]

@TruckerNCFC @MrRiordan44 @EssexPoliceUK @EPRoadsPolicing That’s terrible!! Could just cause more problems! We are stuck past boreham. Just hoping all ok for those involved.

@nickjenkins01 @michelleorpe @UKFloorDirect Thanks Nick hadn’t come across that website, will look into that. Looks like that’s the way to go. Just disappointed with their service, I would never treat my customers like this.

[Marie Orpe @Love2_Holiday]

@UKFloorDirect this wasn’t the look I was going for! 4 months later you are still making excuses! We just want our money back! Your T&Cs not even up to date as the ADR company you recommend won’t work with us, as you do not answer their emails either #poorservice #consumerrights
