I was ordering ice cream in a touristy town in maine. We were speaking Spanish and we said horchata instead of “whore-chacha” and the girl asked where we were from… here lmao we live here too
@jim_fam_ Even better was the fact that her boyfriend was sitting next to her telling her she shouldn’t do that and she told him “to not make it a big deal”
Things overheard on the train from Boston to Maine: “It’s okay if I go out to party. It’s a select group of people. We’ve all already had covid so it doesn’t matter” 🙃🙃🙃
Why do people think bringing down racist things like statues and flags are going to make us forget history??? There’s literally google and books... educate yourself
@NewNickWayne @lilspam1 @HallMadison99 Not exile, just call them out. We want to stop living in the past then we have to change and to make change you have to call out those who are holding society back
@lilspam1 @HallMadison99 It was when it was found this week. I’m assuming she deleted it now that everyone’s seen it but it was still up years after this “Incident” occurred
@NewNickWayne @lilspam1 @HallMadison99 Nope I’m sorry but that’s an excuse. Racists know they’re racist. That’s why they said and they’re only sorry they got caught. She did not give a sincere apology and she knew what she was doing
@NewNickWayne @lilspam1 @HallMadison99 Because it needs to be sincere. Saying that you’re sorry somebody else brought her post back up is not taking accountability for her actions. If she were sorry, she would’ve taken her post down
