Seriously people, it's not hard to press the "go back" button if you don't like a fic. It's not hard to be kind. Instead of writing a bad comment/saying something mean about a fic/fanart, instead try and spread love and encouragement when you see a great fanart/read a good fic!

All I really have to say about that is:

"I don't like it so it shouldn't exist" is censorship.

We're all very lucky that AO3 has been such a defender of its users' right to creative freedom.

And as a lesbian who struggled w comphet until I came out in my twenties, it’s extremely disheartening to see so many ppl trying to strip lesbianism away simply bc we struggled for a bit. And btw, comphet doesn’t mean a character is bi so I don’t wanna hear “comphet is erasure”Like stfu no it isn’t.

I’m gonna say this really slowly for some of you: if you don’t like the way an author writes a character, simply 👏stop 👏reading👏. Nobody is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to read. But I am begging you to stop harassing creators who make these things FOR FREE
