@SkyHelpTeam Ok good to know. I’ll just continue to wait (it’s been 2 months already) but appreciate it’s not your fault, even though it’s all arranged through Sky. The whole situation is beyond farcical.

@SkyHelpTeam So just to be clear. You cannot do anything to resolve this situation? Even though we pay you and you are the only point of contact we have? And Just FYI - This was meant to be resolved over a month ago.
@SkyHelpTeam The last update from Sky was that someone would be round end of May. But Openreach told us (in person) that this is not needed as the job has already been done. But end of may is ridiculous anyway
@SkyHelpTeam ...with Openreach as we have to go through you. You are not updating what we are telling you and so Openreach cannot finish the job and thus nothing is progressing.
@SkyHelpTeam We have fixed a problem for installing fibre. Sky still think there is a problem but Openreach have confirmed from a site visit there is not. The two do not communicate therefore we are getting nowhere with your CS team. Phone calls and emails are not working
@CenterParcsUK does hire of cycles count as an activity? I can’t cancel them and am just filling out the form. Thanks for being so amazing throughout this past year!
