@babybeboopttv I never found something that worked. I drove to a gym and sat in the parking lot wavering to go in or go back home many times. This happened for a couple years. Finally I just had to βdo itβ and I felt so much better. I still feel anxious going at prime time but it is what it is
@babybeboopttv 6 is furthest key. Green keys are rotational, yellow movement, blue modifiers. Use a pretty standard 5 button mouse. With M4+M5 used regularly along with the modifier binds.
@Joyyycifer Any exercise that keeps your Heart Rate up for a period of time is great! Walking Incline treadmill for example is sleeper OP. Plus your knees will thank you.
