If they have any desire whatsoever to make these facilities more palatable to people, why not use empty existing properties? Why must they “develop” rural & small communities? People there want their communities to remain rural/small & farmland to remain ag.

@3DogFriends @WilliamWolfe YES! 1 of biggest disputes w/DCs, but never discussed. Companies want in undeveloped areas where it’s easiest for them, sometimes even prime property. But rural residents want to keep wide-open lifestyle & the land ag. Repurpose already developed! And invent smaller facilities!

Just looked at all NY fed officials on Lib Score site. Highest score of all of them was C for Lee Zeldin(who site still lists as in office). Prob most agree he’s pretty conservative (but was repping NY).
