I wonder Andy if there’s much transition from the Dutch Wadden Sea Area with Spoonbill in Norfolk - recoveries via ring reading
They are ground nesting on Terschelling, my friend Harry Horn is a big Spoonbill Conservationist
@CRCuthbert@RSPBMinsmere@RSPBEngland@SuffolkBirdGrp I read 8 coloured rings in the breeding colony on Sunday a post breeding dispersal Belgium Zeebrugge juvenile
A danish ring that’s had travelled as far as Namibia.
2 Dutch rings 1 Grampian, 1 Clyde 1 Welsh ring. Still awaiting life history on, Sandwich Tern are a favourite bird
@JamesRMcCallum1 Wow! that's a Keeper.
Very Special.
A scene worthy of the journey to travel. This could be just over halfway home to Geese or the Painter , Great Work😊👍
