1. พอมั่นใจในตัวเอง คนอื่นทำได้ไม่ดีเท่าตน ก็ไปรับมาทำเองคนเดียวหมด -> มีแต่คนเทงานให้ -> งานทำได้ แต่มันกินเวลาส่วนอื่น -> ชีวิตด้านอื่นพัง สุขภาพเสีย
2. พอไม่ฟัง ใช้อารมณ์ คนอื่นอ่อน -> ไม่มีคนคบหาด้วย -> พอมีเรื่อง -> ไม่มีคนแทน ไม่มีคนซัพเลย
3. พ่น พูดคำหยาบ ไม่ว่าจะในชีวิต หรือ ใน social มันถึงกันหมด -> เจ้านายเห็นจาก...-> มีผลต่อการเลื่อนตำแหน่ง, ย้ายงานก็มีการเช็ค, ลดโอกาสการเติบโต
ไม่มีองค์กรไหนอยากได้คนที่ปากสว่าง พ่น negative ตลอดเวลาไปร่วมงานหรอก บรรยากาศการทำงานมันเสีย

แกบอกว่า กว่าแกจะรู้ตัว ก็ 3X ปลาย
มารู้ตัวตอนที่บ้านมีปัญหา แล้วที่ทำงานหันไปคือ ตัวเองไม่มีใครเลย

เวลาโกรธ โมโห ให้ถามตัวเองว่า
