new rules for claiming $motion

there’s currently a backlog of claims being processed, especially for accounts under 500 $motion

for claims above 1k $motion, the new limit will be 1 claim per hour

so if your claim is still pending, don’t worry too much. just let the system process it and keep the new rules in mind @motiontip
