Your point: bad people flipped this symbol backwards and did bad things. So now we must ban it or not use it or something.

As a kid I was fine but by the time the dlc came out and the way the tracks were designed I could not tell where the road was and wasn't going at times honestly 😅

If tomorrow someone did something horrible using an upside down straw hat flag, I would not want anything in One Piece to actually change. Who cares if evil people try to take your symbol? It's not theirs, they just suck.
